Meet Kristin

Born and raised in Newport, RI, Kristin is a dedicated and experienced massage therapist. She graduated from the Florida Academy of Health in Naples, FL in 2000 and is certified in Reiki Levels 1 & 2 through Tenth Gate Yoga, formerly located in Portsmouth, RI.

Kristin founded Body & Spirit in 2001, offering custom-designed therapeutic massage tailored to the unique needs of each client. With over two decades of experience, she integrates a variety of healing modalities to provide the highest quality care for body, mind, and spirit.

Kristin uses a handcrafted organic oil blend made from castor oil, coconut oil, and lavender for a soothing and nourishing experience. CBD products are available for targeted muscle pain relief.
